Client Education: We
tailor health care programs to lifestyles. For example, indoor
cats do not need as many vaccinations as outdoor cats. Hunting dogs
have different health care needs than backyard pets. We love to teach
pet owners about animal care and what you can do at home to keep them
healthy and happy. We also will keep you up to date on new advances in
veterinary medicine as new vaccines, treatments and diagnostic tests
become available.

Surgery at Best Friends: The kind, caring team at Best Friends always works hard to make anesthesia and surgery as safer and comfortable for the patient as possible. Careful Preanisthetic testing, anesthetic monitoring and nursing during recovery reduce the risks for complications. Anti-anxiety medications and good pain control are used whenever needed. We promise we'll take great care of your pets when ther are hospitalized!
Senior Care: Older
pets need special care. At Best Friends Veterinary Center we offer
a variety of medical services to keep our older friends healthy and
comfortable. These include blood screenings, special diets, advanced
arthritis treatments and superior dental care.
